Market values on this site are copied from the public pages of the AP and Telangana Registration & Stamps Departments. They may be out of date, incomplete or differ from what the Sub-Registrar's Office applies. Market values are the government's minimum values for registration and are not sale prices or valuations of any specific property.
The cost calculator and PDF reports give estimates only. They exclude user charges, e-stamp fees, concessions and special cases. Always verify rates and charges on the official websites or at the Sub-Registrar's Office before buying, selling, lending or registering property. Nothing on this site is legal, financial or tax advice.
3. No warranty and limit of liability
The site is provided "as is", without any warranty. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or reliance on, information on this site or in our reports.
4. Paid reports
Where a PDF report is offered for a fee, the price is shown before payment. Because a report is a digital product delivered immediately, payments are generally non-refundable, except where a report could not be delivered or was delivered with a technical fault — in that case write to us within 7 days and we will resend it or refund you.
5. Fair use
You may use the site and share links to it freely. You may not copy the site in bulk, run automated scrapers against it, overload it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
