LandRate.in ("we", "this site") shows government land market values for Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the site and how we use it.
What we collect
- No account needed. You can search villages, use the calculator and read every page without signing up or giving your name.
- Server logs. Like every website, our server records basic technical data for each request: IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. We use this only to keep the site running, fix errors and block abuse, and we delete these logs after 90 days.
- Searches. Village names you type into search are processed to show results. We do not link searches to you personally.
- Your browser. The calculator works entirely in your browser; the area and price you enter are not sent to us.
- Contact. If you email us, we keep your message and email address only to reply to you.
Payments
If you buy a paid PDF report, payment is handled by our payment partner (such as Razorpay). We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. We receive only what we need to deliver the report: a payment reference, the amount, and the email or phone number you choose to give.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
We may use analytics (such as Google Analytics) to understand how many people visit and which pages are useful, and we may show ads through Google AdSense.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.
- Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the internet.
- You can opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' cookies at aboutads.info.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to run the site (hosting, analytics, advertising, payments), or when required by Indian law.
Children
This site is meant for adults dealing with property and is not directed at children under 18.

You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by writing to contact@landrate.in.

We may update this policy; the date at the top shows the latest version.
